How to Request Stake Reloads: VIP Host, Hourly vs Daily

Learn who can request Stake reloads on stake.com and stake.us, how to reach a VIP host, and whether hourly or daily fits how you actually claim. Stake sets eligibility; StakeClaimer only claims what is already available.

Who can request a Stake reload

As of a last check on 2026-08-10, both stake.com and stake.us assign a dedicated VIP host at Platinum IV (Platinum 4) and above. Host-managed reload requests — including choosing hourly or daily claim intervals — go through that host. Confirm your current VIP tier in-product; Stake can change thresholds.

Lower Platinum ranks can receive time-limited reloads without a host. Permanent, host-renewed schedules with interval choice are the Platinum IV path documented in Stake's help centres for both sites.

A browser tool cannot create host access or unlock reload eligibility Stake has not granted. stake.com and stake.us are separate programmes — use the matching site's VIP progress, not the other site's tier.

Hourly vs daily reload — advice that depends on how you claim

Hourly reloads win only when you actually claim them. A daily reload is one claim you are unlikely to miss. Twenty-four hourly windows are twenty-four chances to forget, sleep, or be away from the machine. Most people claiming by hand capture only a fraction of those windows, so hourly can be worse than daily without automation.

How you claim What to ask your host for Why
By hand Daily may suit you better One window you can plan around beats many windows you will miss overnight or while away.
Automatically Hourly is strictly better Miss rate drops near zero, so the frequency advantage is the one you keep.

Use the figures your host offers — do not assume a fixed ratio. The shape is 24 × (your hourly amount) against 1 × (your daily amount) when every hourly window is claimed. StakeClaimer invents no per-claim values; plug in what your host actually offers.

StakeClaimer cannot request a reload from your host. It only claims a reload Stake has already made available on the logged-in account in your open browser tab. See Stake reload claimer for free browser-side claiming setup.

What a Stake reload is

A reload is a VIP account bonus Stake makes available for you to claim on a schedule — typically hourly or daily windows once you are eligible. On Platinum IV and above, your VIP host can arrange and renew that schedule.

That is different from Telegram drop codes, which are public codes posted in channels and subject to claim limits, region match, and wagering rules. For drop-code failures, see why Stake codes fail.

How to reach your VIP host

Contact Stake support and ask to be put in touch with the VIP host assigned to your account. The host differs per player; there is no single public menu path this guide can invent.

Once a host is assigned, Stake's help centre documents staying in contact by Telegram or email. Do not trust a random Telegram account that claims to be your host. If support says you are below the host tier, confirm VIP progress in-product first.

What to ask for

Ask clearly for hourly or daily, using the advice above. Bring the claim method you will actually use — hand or automatic — because that choice changes which schedule makes sense.

Hosts decide what they can offer. StakeClaimer does not negotiate amounts, schedules, or eligibility on your behalf.

After the host sets a reload

Once Stake shows a reload as available, claim it from the matching logged-in Stake tab. Missing an hourly window wastes that hour; missing many windows is why hand claiming often underperforms a simpler daily schedule.

Most people use either stake.com or stake.us — not both. Keep any logged-in page on that site open. Settings > Offers is optional and is not required.
